Chef Parnass of Talat Market hosts Chef Arnold Myint of International Market in Nashville, TN for a multi-coursed prix fixe dinner celebrating the debut of Chef Arnold's cookbook, "FAMILY THAI, Bringing the Flavors of Thailand Home".

Chef Parnass and Chef Arnold first met in 2024 as nominees of James Beard Foundation's Best Chef Southeast. They both proudly support and celebrate their Thai heritage by cooking in their homes of Atlanta and Tennessee.
