Join David Nayfeld, Nite Yun, Anna Voloshyna, and Arnold Myint for a one-night-only celebration at Che Fico, where each chef will prepare a noodle dish rooted in their own cultural heritage and cookbook as part of a three course menu at $175 pp. From Nayfeld's Italian sensibility to Yun's Cambodian techniques, Voloshyna's Ukrainian soul, and Myint's Thai flavors, this collaborative menu moves from comfort to spice to pure craveability—showcasing how the simple, elemental pleasure of noodles transcends borders and brings people together. The family style menu will be full of bold flavors, beautiful technique, and the kind of communal energy that only comes from breaking bread (or twirling pasta, Cambodian noodles, or savoring dumplings) with a room full of fellow noodle lovers.
